What My Personal Dessert Diet Looks Like Currently
My diet is always evolving, but one thing that remains a habit is having some sort of healthy dessert every day. You can pretty much guarantee that one of my daily desserts will be chocolate-flavoured. I just love it. I make my own dark chocolate, which I keep in the freezer. It helps when you are able to whip up some dark chocolate with a few basic ingredients.
I share the recipe for my dark chocolate in my book, The Dessert Diet Club. Since I decided to start my own cooking show, I have been experimenting more and came up with a few more recipes, like French Toast Doughnuts. Variety is the sweet spice of life. Some of my recent dessert triumphs include keto marshmallows and honey marshmallows, as well as pancakes made with only two ingredients.
Don’t worry, I will share the recipe soon, but what is cool is that I have been eating all of these healthy desserts while on a diet aimed at losing fat. You do not need to follow a boring diet to lose fat. You can have dessert daily if you choose strategically. Check out my book, The Dessert Diet Club, and learn how.
