How To Make Flourless Keto Chocolate Cake In The Microwave | The Dessert Diet Club Cooking Show

The first episode of The Dessert Diet Club Cooking Show is finally up! Seeing as I am a chocolate addict and absolutely love the good stuff, I decided to start my healthy dessert cooking show with this keto chocolate cake that you can easily make in your microwave!

In fact, this is a flourless keto chocolate cake, which you can make and enjoy within 5 minutes. What is great about this low-carb microwave cake recipe is that you won’t have to worry about harming your health. As it turns out, you can eat dessert every day and be healthy. All you have to do is choose your dessert ingredients well. If you are strategic, then you can even lose weight and eat dessert every day. 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/8 tsp xantan gum

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tbsp xylitol

1 egg


Put all the dry ingredients inside a glass jar or a mug. Add the vanilla essence and the egg, whisk until smooth, and then place in the microwave for 40 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes. I recommend 40/45 seconds if you want some parts to remain goeye or 1 minute or longer if you want cake cake.
